Dragon Flights is a passengers contract carrier

This designation comes from the International Convention of Guadalajara, which determines the “Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air Performed by a Person Other than the Contracting Carrier” (Convention of Guadalajara, 18 September 1961). As a registered travel operator, Dragon Flights’ registration is renewed every three years in compliance with Article L211-18, I of the Code of Tourism.

Insurance and Liability

Dragon Flights is liable to passengers in the event of an accident

As the contracting carrier, Dragon Flights is liable to passengers in the event of an accident. We maintain comprehensive professional civil liability insurance, which covers the financial consequences of professional liability. Our insurance policy also includes coverage for damages to passengers, service providers, or others due to malfunctions, factual or legal errors, omissions, or negligence committed by Dragon Flights (Blogs R 211-35 et seq. of the Code of Tourism).

Contractual Obligations

Required Travel Information

Dragon Flights issues electronic tickets to passengers, which serve as proof of the contract of carriage between the passenger and Dragon Flights. It is not necessary to print these tickets, as an electronic document listing the required travel information suffices.

These requirements are in accordance with Article 3-1 of the Warsaw Convention of 12 October 1929 and Article 6 of Regulation No 2027/97.
